About

Lenart De Bock is a Slovenian musician and composer born on January 26th, 1998. He finished his bachellor studies at the Unitversity Of Performing Arts in Graz, Austria on June, 2022, specializing in jazz saxophone. During his career he has been featured on over 10 recordings as a sideman and on one of them as a co-leader and composer. He had the honour of studying or playing with great names in jazz such as Jim Rotondi, Rick Margitza, Dick Oatts, Tomaž Gajšt, Marko Churnchetz, Daniel Nösig, Julian Argüelles, Oswaldo Amorim, Joao Moreira, Pablo Fagundes and more. He is currently co-leading the trio Soothsayer and is a member of the collective called Zhlehtet and has also recently formed his own quintet.

Lessons

In terms of lessons I offer one on one saxophone, flute and clarinet lessons and one on one composition lessons. We can work on different harmonic or melodic concepts, technique, conncetion of the body with the instrument etc. If you are interested, you can write to me on my email.
